News on RAY Harryhausen Presents; THE PIT AND THE PENDULUM!

The award winning stop motion animated short film, THE PIT AND THE PENDULUM, is slated to screen at the Museum of the Moving Image, preceding Lance Weiler's HEAD TRAUMA ARG show, July 14, 2007 at 6:30 pm.

The HEAD TRAUMA ARG, a "a collision of movies, music, gaming, and theatrics". Characters from the film emerge from the audience, the DJ provides a live soundtrack, and your mobile phone becomes a cinematic gaming device- while watching the film. Director Lance Weiler will be presenting the film, and answering questions after the show.

Preceding the HEAD TRAUMA show , THE PIT AND THE PENDULUM will screen. The stop motion animated short film, executive produced by animation legend Ray Harryhausen and directed by Marc Lougee, is an adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's classic short story.
