Satana Cast in "EL SUPERBEASTO"

Rob Zombie has just announced from his official blog that Tura Satana will reprise her role as Varla in "THE HAUNTED WORLD OF EL SUPERBEASTO". Varla is the role that Satana is most well known for in Russ Meyer's "FASTER PUSSYCAT, KILL! KILL!". So how could you possibly make this film any cooler?

Well Rob also said that the scene she will appear in will also feature Otis from "THE DEVILS REJECTS". That almost seems like the perfect way to combine the two characters. If you watch both of this films they have a very similar world in which they live so it will be fantastic to see them together in this animated joint.

She will be joined by Tom Papa, Paul Giamatti, Rosario Dawson, Sheri Moon Zombie, Danny Trejo, Sid Haig and Brian Posehn. The Weinstein Co. will be releasing this film possibly with a small theatrical run and then a quick turnaround on DVD.
