"THE HILLS RUN RED" - First Trailer
Dave Parker's "THE HILLS RUN RED" arrives on DVD on September 29th from Warner Premiere.
Starring a fully naked Sophie Monk, Tad Hilgenbrinck, William Sadler, Alex Wyndham, Janet Montgomery, Mike Straub, Ewan Bailey and Danko Jordanov, the story centers on a film fanatic whose obsession with finding a complete print of an infamous slasher movie leads him and two friends into the backwoods where the film was shot. They realize too late that filming never ended -- and now they must survive a nightmarish onslaught or become part of the movie forever. Check out the trailer debut below from IGN :

"LEGION" - Teaser posters
Here's the teaser poster for Screen Gems' new film "LEGION", scripted by Stewart Schink and Peter Schink.
After a terrifying Biblical apocalypse descends upon the world, a group of strangers stranded in a remote truck stop diner in the Southwest unwittingly become humanity's last line of defense when they discover the diner's young waitress is pregnant with the Messiah.

"MAGDALENA" - Ryuhei Kitamura as director !
Gale Anne Hurd's Valhalla Motion Pictures, Platinum Studios and Top Cow Productions have attached Ryuhei Kitamura ("VERSUS", "MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN") to direct and Holly Brix ("THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT 3: REVELATIONS", "MILE ZERO") to write "MAGDALENA", the latest comic book to film adaptation.
Plot details remain under wraps, however what is known is the basic premise of the Top Cow comic of the same name, about the protector of the Catholic Church who is descended from Christ's bloodline and wields the Spear Of Destiny as her weapon of choice. Jenna Dewan ("TAMARA") and Luke Goss ("DOOMSDAY", "HELLBOY II: THE GOLDEN ARMY") are attached to star.

"JONAH HEX" - First teaser poster !

Jimmy Hayward was tapped to direct not to long ago with Josh Brolin and John Malkovich filling up the casting spots for now. Malkovich will play Turnbull, a wealthy Southern plantation owner whose son is killed by Union soldiers during the Civil War. He blames Hex (Brolin), a former confederate soldier-turned-hardened bounty hunter and gunslinger."Hex" first appeared in the early 1970s in the issues of "All-Star Western" before graduating to his own series in 1977 that ran for about 10 years. A new series was launched in 2005. The character also had a run in the 1990s that combined the Western genre with supernatural elements. "JONAH HEX" will be hitting theaters on August 6th, 2010.

"CASTLEVANIA" - James Wan to Write and Direct !
James Wan ("SAW", "DEAD SILENCE") will co-write and direct the film adaptation of classic video game "Castlevania" reports Bloody Disgusting.

"THE CABIN IN THE WOODS" - First teaser posters
MGM has provided comingsoon.net with three posters from Drew Goddard and Joss Whedon's "THE CABIN IN THE WOODS", opening in theaters on February 5, 2010.
Richard Jenkins, Bradley Whitford, Kristen Connolly, Chris Hemsworth, Anna Hutchison, Fran Kranz, Jesse Williams and Brian White star.
The film provides a new twist on a classic scenario -- in this case the young-people-stranded-in-the-woods horror trope.

"ABATTOIR" - Darren Lynn Bousman to direct !
Darren Lynn Bousman ("Saw" films) will write and direct "ABATTOIR" for Radical Pictures, reports Variety.
The trade says Radical's publishing arm is in the process of turning the property into a graphic novel, based on the concept by Bousman and writing-producing partner Michael Peterson. Artwork for the graphic novel will be unveiled at Comic-Con.
In "ABATTOIR" (the French word for slaughterhouse), a real estate agent assigned to clean up the remnants of a massacre that took place in a mansion he hopes to sell is visited by a twisted old man who draws the agent into a web of shadows, murders and massacres.

"HOUSE OF THE WOLFMAN" - Pics, Synopsis & Trailer

Dr. Bela Reinhardt (Chaney) has invited five people to his castle to see which of them will inherit his estate. He has arranged for a competition of sorts, the victor shall be determined through process of... elimination," McGarr tells Bloody-Disgusting. "The film was shot in black and white, 1:33 aspect ratio, and is a good old fashioned monster movie that you could bring your kids to.
