Let's tell you first that it was very difficult for me to make tyhe review of this CD, not being at all (not at all) into Hip Hop and Rap. But Sycksyde has indeed another style which was still unknow to me at the time, the Horrorcore, a kind of Hip-Hop mixed with gruesome atmospheres. So, it's through plaintive voices and horrific and dark atmospheres that this "White Crosses"'ll overjoy you.
Definitely not being a fan of the voice, I have toadmit that the background instrumentals are well found, even if the samples sound a bit too much like "cheap keyboards". Some songs of this CD get out of the pack, however (Dead Gangstas, Bloody Valentines, Graveyard Shift) and could very well find their way in a horror movie soundtrack.
Let's note that this CD is in "Resurrect Edition", which means that there are 2 extras compared to the original (with the red cover).
Not being able to give any positive or negative judgement about this album, as I know nothing about this music genre, I will avoid giving it a ranking.
