Year : 2002

.: REVIEW
Warning to all the horror movies and extreme metal fans! This "TALES FROM URANUS" is made for you!
In spite of a make up which, at first, seems a bit messy, this fanzine in A5 format is quite well done for an amateur realisation. After a colour cover with tempting contents, there are full sixty pages mostly in black and white, but some of them are colour, make "TALES FROM URANUS" an interesting and entertaining piece!
Indeed, there, they talk about all that is linked to horror and metal. So there are movie reviews (wonderful section called “I Died At The Driven-In!” which proposes short reviews of dark movies like we love) but also album, comics, fanzines reviews as well as band interviews (Intense Hammer Rage, Machetazo, Drogheda, Ghoul, Purulete Uretre, Inkblack, Sanatorium) or actor interviews (Mike Minett of "BAD TASTE") and there are even short colour comics ("Zombie Gorebath", "Claws Of The Fetus !", "Metal Zombie", "Carny Tramp") with sometimes simplistic drawings but so entertaining!

So you understood that if you like metal, horror movies and gore comics, go and buy this "TALES FROM URANUS" available for only $7 and $9 worldwide, shipping included.

Hey, I dig the Ghoul cover art you did for the "We came for the Dead" LP. Kick ass.
