.: STORY
Coconut Pete is a former singing "star", reconverted in holyday camp management, specialized in spring break, the short stay for students who only think about one thing: having fun...However, this year won't be like the others, as a killer decided to attack the staff of the club... the only have one choice left: tell the students absolutely nothing...
.: REVIEW
Warning: this movie is a mix between the French comedy "LES BRONZES" with "AMERICAN PIE" and some touches of "SCREAM"However, this movie can be watched without a lack of pleasure. Of course it's not staggering, but to relax, that's quite enough. The characters are youngsters (and, of course, for this kind of movies, not very smart), and each of them has an unusual particularity (a rasta guy, a masseur who does wonderful things with his hands, a pretty blond-haired girl as a fitness teacher) but they all have something in common: a completely whole-day-stoned boss... Even if the humour is quite slow-witted the whole movie long, let's not forget that the goal is to find out who the killer might be. About the murders, he makes them the original way.
Gory speaking, it's quite soft (let's notice the very unusual very last murder), and quite an original wink to "FRIDAY THE 13TH" (part one) can be found...The director watched the slasher-movies carefully to put in place the “be careful, the killer isn't far...” moods of the style. A movie that clearly announces that it won't be unforgettable, but I found myself having a good time watching it however...
The ideal movie for rainy Sunday afternoons when we want to watch a movie with turning the neurones on...
