Lindsay Lohan is working! Splashnewsonline spotted the newly blonde actress wearing a bikini top and a towel on the set of "MACHETE", a new movie directed Robert Rodriguez and produced by Quentin Tarantino.

Also on set was her younger sister Ali Lohan, who followed her big sis around the set and watched as the Mean Girl star filmed some scenes in a pool.

Also starring in the film are Robert De Niro, Danny Trejo, Jessica Alba, Steven Segal, Michelle Rodriguez, Don Johnson and Cheech Marin.

Synopsis : Three years ago in Mexico, determined Federale Machete is betrayed and set-up by his boss, resulting in his wife and child being murdered by drug kingpin Torrez. Now, in Texas, Machete resurfaces when hired to assassinate Senator McLaughlin, an extreme advocate against illegal immigration. Once again betrayed and set-up, Machete plots his revenge against the men who've wronged him with the help of resistance fighter Luz, ICE Agent Sartana, and the shotgun-toting Padre.
