Desolation trailer, pics hits the web
The trailer for Lazarus Films' newest picture, DESOLATION, has popped up on the films official MySpace page, and it is looking good! DESOLATION, the new horror film starring Trent Haaga (Easter Bunny kill kill, Suburban Nightmare), tells the terrifying story of one family's weekend of horror.
When Robert Carlowe takes his family on a weekend getaway to reconnect with his loved ones after a tragic incident, he is suddenly thrust into a life and death struggle when his idealic vacation turns into the weekend from hell. When a mysterious stranger from Robert's past invades the vacation home and takes his wife and children hostage, Robert must confront his demons head on and fight for the survival
The film is directed by Krist Rufty (The Cutting Room), with cinematography by John Foutz of Foutz Studios.
The cast includes scream queen Vanelle (Survival), Ian C. King (Poultrygeist), and Adam Minarovich.
"We're really excited about this project and the top notch crew we've put together," says producer Kevin Woods (Buy Sell Kill, Survival). "Krist has written an incredible screenplay, and having (John) Foutz onboard behind the camera is a real treat."
